So easy to use and the doctor and staff always respond promptly. I’ve use other online medical services and this one is by far the best one imo.

So far I have had a great experience with Hello Alpha. The whole enrollment process was easy, the provider was responsive. I had a medication prescribed and realized after I signed up, that my preferred pharmacy was not covered by my insurance. I was having trouble through the pharmacy itself getting my prescription transferred to a different pharmacy. I sent an email to Hello Alpha, explained what had happened and within 24 hours Hello Alpha had called in my prescription to the new pharmacy and I was able to get my medication. Hello Alpha is responsive. I am so glad I was referred to them by a co-worker of mine. Thank you
