Unresponsive!
My experience with Alpha at the beginning was great but not so much now. I reached out because I need approval from them so that my pharmacy can fill my prescription and it’s been a week now and I haven’t heard back from anyone! My messages go unanswered and my calls cut off after a few minutes of being on hold. It’s ridiculous!

Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money. They told me that they were sending my med to prior authorization but 10 days later they messaged me that they will not send it and that i need to wb to them so they can take another 10 days to get back to me. This isn’t What i signed up for!! No help at all

Everything is automated
Everything is automated. This sounds nice, until there is nobody to contact because you have not received your medicine. Everything is great until you need to talk to an actual person, the call center hangs up after 4 minutes. After repeated attempts there has been zero in human contact after 3 hours. Good luck if there is an emergency. I would not recognize.

No response
I have been using them and paying for their services for about a year now. I needed a refill currently for meds and have messaged multiple times over the last 2 weeks and now I'm almost completely out of my meds but I can't get any response through there messaging system other than they apologize for the long wait. Well that does not help.. I will be canceling and expect a full refund. So much for caring for the people

Prior Authorization.....
I am waiting on a prior authorization for a medication that I am out of. No response to any messages, even though I am outside of the 72 hr window that they claim to respond within. Absolutely 100% do not recommend this company. I will be switching, but I am extremely unhappy that I have wasted $35 of my own money on this.

I have been messaging all week and…
I have been messaging all week and getting no response. I am trying to get status on my prescription for Mounjaro (3 month supply) sent to my pharmacy of choice. I haven't been able to find a phone number for hello alpha either.

They are the absolute worst
They are the absolute worst. They can never get back to you to fill your prescription, 15-24 days is absurd!

It has not been easy getting in contact…
It has not been easy getting in contact with you I’ve asked about my prescription for Latisse not wanting your generic brand and you went ahead and sent me the generic I have tried to cancel the generic and would love to have the Latisse back especially if you have it in stock now
