The convenience was good, but I felt as though the practitioner didn't really listen to me and my symptoms have not improved

I love Hello Alpha
I love Hello Alpha! They are very prompt to respond when I have questions or need a refill or pre authorization. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the website. It can be a little difficult to navigate.

The bottom line is
The bottom line is, I got what I was looking for. The major issue for me was they didn’t take care of the prescription issues properly by getting pre-authorizations so that my insurance was covered and I had to tell them what to do. Responses were timely but not quick overall. It was a good process.

The ease of access to mental health…
The ease of access to mental health care, all response times to any health related issue, communication with and willingness of providers to actually read input and respond thoughtfully and specifically -- great job everyone involved in this service!! Much thanks! Only reason not 5 stars - platform can be slightly redundant/confusing (asks for check in appointments/assessments via email then online says you're not due for one) and optional group support that is promoted as a service is not available.
