Other than not being able to have face to face conversation, this has been a great experience. My nurse was very thorough and gave me some helpful advice for present and future health concerns/issues. All in all in very pleased.

Communication could be better but other than that I've had a great experience.

Everything went well after the prescription was approved but it took a lot of back and forth to get some issues resolved. I only received one response per day from the nurse and then I would respond, and then they wouldn't respond until late the next day. This went on for a week. If they would've just called me or responded more than once a day, the simple issues could've been resolved much earlier.

Customer services rep are very quick to answer any questions. The doctor that was assigned to me was very specific on what kind of meds I should be on and how they work. Thank you for your time, especially right now with what’s going on in the world.

It was a really easy service to use. I was able to get what I needed and in a timely fashion.

This service is so convenient, and I was really impressed with how attentive the team is to your concerns. Most of my questions were answered in a timely manner, and if there were going to be delays, I was notified as such. I'm only rating 4 stars because the first prescription that was sent to me was not the one I had requested. It was still a generic version of the birth control, but instead of the 28-day pack, I received the 91-day pack. I was nervous about starting a new kind of pack, which would alter my periods. For their part, the Alpha team was very quick to respond and sent me the correct pack right away at no extra charge. Overall I'm so surprised and relieved that I can actually get a birth control prescription online - it has saved me so many headaches from dealing with my outdated doctor's office, and it's been really convenient since I'm a student who travels to and from home a lot. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs their prescription in a pickle!
