Alpha Medical is the worst company
Alpha Medical is the worst company. I haven’t used them in over a year. Then I got a random charge for $170 and was mailed an unknown birth control. I’m already on birth control, I have insurance so this was unnecessary. I pay an extraordinary amount for insurance as it is, birth control is covered, they refuse to refund me for something I never approved. Who spends $170 on cheap generic pills that has insurance?? Not me, but Alpha medical will try to scam you like they did me. Don’t sign up, even if you need them once in an emergency, they’ll keep charging you a year later. I disputed it through their messages and they refuse to refund me although it was never approved. STAY AWAY unless you like your money stolen.
