I was charged for an inhaler I did not approve. The questionnaire was excellent and it directed me to the prescription best fit for my needs. I immediately was put in contact with health professionals to discuss the medical and financial details. I decided against having the prescription shipped because I had an appointment with my doctor around the same time and getting the prescription from him was more accessible. After the money was taken from my account, I immediately messaged customer service. They looked into what happened and caught where the mistake had been made. They promptly sent my refund and apologized sincerely and thanked me for drawing their attention to what had happened. Although I didn't go through Alpha this time, I am highly likely to use them in the future because of how my situation was handled.

I wish there was an actual App and not a web based app and faster communication when I send a question

Hit a few snags in communication regarding getting an Rx filled (lag from pharmacy verifying insurance missing package) However I cant say Alpha is at fault for all of them. When I did have an issue the customer service was very prompt and worked with me to get it resolved which I appreciate. Once you’ve gotten the hang of the platform (easy and intuitive for the most part) it will be a very convenient form of continual care.

The doctors answered my emails right away and were very friendly. Because of Covid 19 it took a little while to get my blood pressure test but other then that it was easy and simple.

Very professional and Prompt with any questions that I had and speedy delivery.

So far no problems👍🏽

Convenient, easy to use and affordable. My only complaint was that I wasn’t told how much my prescription would be before I was charged
