Alpha helped me find a drug that worked for me quickly, and was surprisingly affordable. However, I could do without the long surveys before each refill. I feel that those could be optional, for people who want to report side-effects or non-effectiveness; Other than that I’ve no negative things to say, Alpha has helped me a ton.

I really love this program its especially good for everyonr during this covid 19 crazyness. But its also awsome for people who have a hard time being in public more than necessary because it hurts to be in public (migrains) or you can't be in public because of panic attachs or anxiety or other illnesses that make going to the Doctors office hard or impossible. Plus its is so cost effective for people without ins. And they are very quick to respond.

it's great but i've recently moved to arkansas, where they do not ship to. so i've had to ship to my parents in texas because i cannot figure out how to cancel subscription! :(

Alpha medical has a really great team and it was easy to get started with their team. I appreciated the time they took to make sure that I was in fact the best candidate for the medications that I would be taking. That being said there was a small hiccup where I went a week without the proper medication and it threw me off track. Thankfully I was able to reach out to them and have them offer me solutions. They have been very open about making sure it never happens again. It's nice to have that type of reassurance plus it makes life so much easier to have my meds sent straight to me! It's a wonderful service and I would recommend it.

Wish my provider would have been more on top of getting the new prescription ordered for me. I had to contact support myself to get it ordered. But they showed up very quickly! Literally ran out the same day the new month showed up.
