Response time to medication question or dosages takes almost a week for the provider to respond. There have been issues with incorrect dosages and it has caused a delay in getting the correct medication. Pharmacy have in the past placed medication ls back on shelves and causing further delay for medication to be taken when prescribed! Quicker response time by the providers would alleviate delays with patients getting their medications on time and the correct dosages.

Charged me but I never got a response from my “visit”.

Alpha is not what it claims to be he jump through all these hoops they text you back and forth. There’s no one to speak to, and no service. Basically they are taking your money on the front end, and not providing you with proper medical care not satisfied, would not recommend it seems like a scam

I couldn't get a prescription for Zofran without it being a huge ordeal from the new providers. Zofran is pretty mild with a side effect of constipation, but if I'm not experiencing that, why can't I get a refill? Makes it hard to stay on a medication that is helping, when the nausea is causing you to lose sleep.

Over time services have gotten worse

Quite honestly they should remove acute care from the cascade of services. The time I spent waiting on a response from the provider could’ve been invested in receiving appropriate care. The provider asked NO questions and made an assumptive diagnosis that I had a viral infection. She did not ask what treatment options I implemented prior to reaching out which consisted of all of her suggestions. (I would be happy to upload the proper diagnosis I received from CVS telehealth which included an upper respiratory infection, sinusitis and bronchitis.) I received 4 prescriptions from CVS which have put me on the path to wellness. However- I DEEPLY appreciate the weight-loss management treatment I have received from Alpha. It has been life altering and I have recommended it to so many friends and family members. They are now happy patients! However, I will seek acute treatment elsewhere. With a few questions the provider could have made a proper diagnosis instead of telling me to suck on ice chips. She can see my medical history which shows I am never on acute prescription medications however she chose to make an abrupt diagnosis which can occasionally be a deadly option in medicine. I was on a family vacation and couldn’t afford the downtime of being sick. I explained all of this as I prefer to treat holistically when I am home. I just wish she had asked ANY questions before making an inaccurate diagnosis.
