Good fast delivery

I love the convenience of alpha, but I am on two different prescriptions for mental health and they always always forget to refill one of them. They respond quickly when you reach out, but I’ve addressed the issue 3 times now and still have issues receiving the one. I think this is less common issue though as I figure most people aren’t getting multiple prescriptions through them. Other than that, they do a great job! Just need to work on some bugs.

I like that I’m able to access affordable healthcare and am able to communicate with providers about my questions and concerns. The only thing is, they didn’t tell me the cost of the medication before they charged me. Thankfully, I had enough money and it was cheaper than I thought it was going to be. I also like that you can choose between a full year-long subscription or a cheaper one for 3 months. And if you can only pay 3 months at a time, it’s not even that much more expensive.

I almost signed up with Cerebral but found Alpha and went with it instead. I'm glad I did because Cerebral has awful reviews and a much higher price. I was skeptical at first, but the price is really low so I took a chance with Alpha Medical and I'm glad I did, even though, it's only been a month since I opened my account. I initially wanted to get my medicine from a local pharmacy but I decided to go with TruePill from Alpha and my package was sent to the wrong city first (reason given: label error) and I received it days later than expected. So, I didn't want to risk that happening again, especially after starting much-needed medication, and had my prescription changed to a local pharmacy. I haven't had any big issues but there have been little ones but for the price, it's great. The customer support through the website (messages) is not the best. Information about the process would be better, such as, when refills will be sent to the pharmacy and when the next follow-up will be, or about how long medication treatment can be expected to be. I didn't have a good experience with a local provider and they normally charge a lot. This is my first time using telehealth and I'm content with Alpha so far. I hope certain things improve and I will wait until the end of my treatment to say whether I recommend it or not.

Perfect fast and reliable

This service is convenient and saves money on doctors visits. Delivery has been consistent. The "visits" are to the point, and generally informative. Messages from the doctor are timely, but felt transactional, and less about getting to know my needs as a patient, which might not be great for everyone who uses the service. I'm overall satisfied with the treatment I've received through Alpha Medical.

After completing my assessment (which wasn't daunting or long even though it did include details of my mental health history) I was quickly contacted by my nurse practioner who I could tell took the time to look through my survey and information with detail and I haven't felt like just a needle in the haystack of patients. She explained in detail her recommendations and a couple different treatment options depending on my preference. I have never felt the "big pharma" push that I do with many other doctors who are quick to just throw medication at you. My medications were delivered quickly and only $4 with my insurance benefits so it is well worth the price per year and medication compared to other agencies I've visited for mental health support.

I love the speed and professionalism with the whole experience so far. I do think my medication diagnoses could have been better. Most of my issues are anxiety based and my medication i currently have doesn’t help too much with my anxiety.
