Great response to questions, however my initial prescription was approved but never shipped. I had to reach out again to have them send a request to the provider. This delayed my prescription being filled by 2 in a half weeks. Luckily I had enough from my last fill to cover the delay. Otherwise, great service.

Usually great! However after I renewed my mental health plan, they seemingly forgot to continue filling my prescription. Went through a week of withdrawals, logged in, and retook the questionnaire that I had just taken the month prior. There were no notifications, messages, or any prompt to do anything to avoid something like this.
