Very easy to use. The main draw back for me is $40 a month for a generic medicine. That’s my only complaint.

Only thing I don’t like is that it ships monthly, I worry about the next prescription being late

I wish they would let you know if you’re insurance can or cannot cover the full cost instead of just billing you and saying nothing.

I am pleased with the care I’ve received from Alpha Medical. I felt my provider understood my concerns and found a treatment plan that works for me. I would definitely recommend Alpha Medical for your needs!

I have no complaints so far concerning Alpha medical.

I missed my doctor's appointment that would result in a re-newed prescription for depression. I signed up here but still had to go through the entire set up for Mental Health and pay the full year for that. Was more than I expected up front but I guess I have "insurance" for the remainder of the paid year.

took longer then expected to get medication. But otherwise excellent transaction.
