So convenient and easy!!! A friend of mine just started using Alpha after I recommended it, and she is very pleased as well.

This process was fast and easy. I did help speed it along by working with my insurance provider to find out which meds were covered. Once I had the medication options, I emailed Alpha and a nurse discussed my options. My Alpha care team gave me info to share with my primary care doc about any possible interactions. I gave them my preferred med choice and they gave me information to read and I had a tracking number the next morning. All in all it was about 5 days including the weekend.

The provider prescribing medication was fast getting back to me. She prescribed Wegovy at first but when I checked with my insurance it needed a prior auth and Ozempic didn't. She listened to what I told her and changed medication. Fast shipping for medication. So far so good.

Hello Alpha has been amazing! My pcp dr is over an hour away so it’s so nice and convenient to be able to use Hello Alpha when I’m not able to make the drive to my dr.
