Took some time but useful
I got my prescription but it took quite a while to get everything processed. I had trouble getting my payment to go through and between them responding every 24 hours it took quite some time to get things together. I wish the site was a little more user-friendly. Also, I wish they more clearly told me how to take the medication as I was confused and took to much at once. Overall, happy I could get my medication affordably and without seeing a doctor.

Nothing wrong with the service or…
Nothing wrong with the service or website- just the medicine made me so sick. I had a worse headache than normal which turned to nausea.

Poor shipping techniques
Obtaining birth control was made easy but my form is supposed to be refrigerated. By the time it arrived, the cooling packs had all melted and everything was room temperature. I would not order a Nuvaring in the summer for fear that it is improperly kept cold by your methods.

Some areas of improvement needed
Some user error issues but it was hard to figure out how to contact someone on the other size. Whenever I tried to load my script on my phone, it didn't work. And birth control shipping always felt REALLY close to when it was needed.
