Have only received one prescription regularly, still waiting for refill for albuterol

I may switch to another provider such as hellowisp after finding there is another provider that does the same thing except they offer much more discreet packaging. If hello alpha were to offer more discreet packaging and prescription info for prescriptions I would not be considering other providers.

I finally received my prescription today after several weeks and after I was asked to submit my insurance information three times. Each time I submitted, I did so with a picture of my insurance card. As I am not the primary holder of the insurance, I also included my husbands information. Additionally, after I first submitted my insurance and request for review with the doctor, no one reached out to me to let me know the status of my request. When I inquired, I was made aware there was something wrong with my insurance information. Then again I submitted and a few days later I was told again something was wrong with my insurance. It wasn’t until I threatened to cancel my order all together that my insurance card miraculously worked. It seems to me that whoever was intaking my information was not looking at all the documentation I provided. I am hoping from here on out, this process will be much smoother.

I got a testing kit, which is from a third party, due to being unable to go to my doctor during the COVID shutdown. Due to the third party lab, I've been waiting for 3 weeks, nearly 4, and still have no results. I could have gone to an urgent care if I'd known it was going to take this long to get a result that normally takes 2 days to complete. At this point I've spent more money, more time, and been miserable for weeks.... for no reason. I'll save my money next time, for sure!

Great responses from the team however delivery was long and unfortunately incorrect medication was sent.

I won’t mind recommending Alpha because you get what you ask, however I signed up because there was an estimate delivery from 5 to 7 days, I did got my consultation done and my prescriptions were placed in order on the 11th of April, today is the 26th and I still missing one item and the expensive one. So no, my delivery hasn’t been completed yet. After I send a message they reply me back that this was all due to errors in the system. No different treatment were followed (expedite order, advance shipping) after the bug was found, just got a message that my order was resubmitted. As a medical company there has to be someone looking after bugs or back order, should not take the customer or let’s said patients to ask and figure there was an error.

Took too long for shipping

They're pretty great about most things but if you have more than one medication coming in an order its like pulling teeth to get the second one which is obviously frustrating.
