Quick, correct, effective treatment

I just started using you guys don't know yet.

Super simple to order. Shipping was so fast! I already knew what I wanted from previous birth control. Definitely going to keep using. I wish I would of gotten a 3 months worth but that’s okay.

I enjoy Alpha Medical's services, although I have been locked out of my account for over a month and have sent multiple messages and yet am unable to get in to update my medications. Otherwise this program is great!

I love Alpha Medical. They have worked with me through my depression and anxiety, switching medications and such. They are good at sending my shipment right before I run out. The only thing I wish, would be if they would ship the medicine more discreetly, as I live with a family who does not know I take them. So I always have to say I ordered different vitamins.

I have had a good experience with this site. The only thing that could make it better is if you spoke to the same person the whole time. I felt like there were too many people messaging me and so trying to figure out medicines and insurance was a bit complicated and made the process take longer.

I gave Alpha a shot after seeing an ad online. I did my own research & came to the conclusion that it would be worth giving a shot. The signup was simple as well as the health questionnaire you fill out prior to an appointment. I sought help for weight loss & qualified for a prescription to Wegovy. I was transparent in all of my health history as well as what medications I’m taking so that I can receive choices that fit me. I will say that my consultation wasn’t a video chat, or even a phone call. It was simply me filling out the questions & receiving an “approval” that I am a candidate for a weight loss medication prescription. As I was messaging back w/the nurse I asked a question about medication interaction & it was overlooked & I was given a scripted reply about my medication options. Let me also state that I had full choice in which medication I was prescribed so I did have to do all of my own research on each & see which I felt best fit my circumstance. It was overwhelming at first to have all of the options, but I was able to narrow down based off my preferences & research. There wasn’t someone telling me that they’d recommend X medication over Z medication because of bla bla bla, I had to choose what I wanted and pending insurance approval, it would be sent out to me. The process from beginning to receiving medication (today) took about 10 days, which I’d say is pretty awesome considering an appt for my primary Dr was further out. All in all - I’d recommend Alpha for any weight loss needs and support. I only give 4 stars because of the robotic replies, overlooking of questions & inability for someone to recommend a specific medication based on my needs/qualifications.

Cost is a bit high, but service was great!
