Soooo this is my first time using them....but they didnt leave a good impression. They say 24 hours, but it usually happens sooner. Dont bet on that. It's coming up on 24 hours and my visit is still under review. I have anxiety and minutes are like hours and hours are like days to me. The entire process is so impersonal. I had health but they were so limited on anxiety meds they could prescribe me so I stopped using them. If i knew it would be this long to even get a response i would go through my regular psych.

Not enough ice packs to keep item cool. I hope it’s still effective...

I signed up for Alpha medical to receive mental health care. I thought I had read and understood that I was to be paying for services through alpha medical, but I did not realize that I was going to be paying alpha medical to partner me with a separate mental health professional who I had to pay additionally. I should have just gone to that professional directly instead of wasting money on alpha medical to direct me there anyway. I thought I was choosing the better option for myself financially and ended up actually spending more than I ever needed to for the same services. I think that alpha medical might have some benefits, but in my case they only wasted my time and money. I feel duped.

The screening process was very quick and easy but shipping was slower than what was promised.

I was out of my antidepressants for a few days because my autoshipment came late.

I’m happy I was able to get medication, but the doctors don’t really seem to have time to attend to each individual person. Every 2 weeks there’s a check in and I report the same issues and get them same basic message every time.

They’re delivery method is slow.

I’m not real happy with having an unmarked car delivering my prescription to my house I thought it was being delivered by the United States Postal Service? It makes me very uncomfortable that my prescription is being handled like that.
