Super prompt responses, clearly knowledgeable providers who are down to earth, very intelligent and willing to help you in any way. I have used Alpha for multiple reasons and they have been all around awesome.

This was the most amazing expirence! It was easy to complete the questions and the communication was quick! I was able to get a 12 month supply (3 months at a time) it was simple easy and much better than going into the dr office for a refill! Will be a for life customer!

I needed my birth control prescription early because of an upcoming trip. They took care of it with no hassle. Dealing with Alpha is always a pleasure

I love Alpha! The visit was fast and I'm happy they understand my needs.

Alpha Medical is one of the best services I pay for, and worth every penny. I don't have to worry about going to the doctor to get my prescription refilled or changed and the physicians you can message online are great. They always answer within 24 hours, often less, which is really helpful when it comes to medication/healthcare. Customer service is also very responsive. I've never had a problem with Alpha that I wasn't able to figure out easily.

Perfect customers service and love how the doctors write back to you and answer all your questions..
