Very helpful and responsive but I didn’t like that after a month of being on an anxiety medication, I had to go 5+ days without it after the first dose which seemed to help when I took it. I crashed bad. I wish there was an option to pay for One-Day-Shipping. Otherwise I have loved the care and information that I have received through this medical facility.

I signed up for hello Alpha last night, paid the $30 woke up this morning the physician had prescribed the medication to my local pharmacy… I had an issue with prior authorization it’s difficult to reach someone to assist with is and when you finally do they say it’s takes up to 2 weeks to fill a prior authorization. I printed a coupon from the contrave website and used along with GoodRx and paid less than it would have cost with my insurance. Overall the process is fairly simple but when you need assistance it can be difficult. Just started the contrave today so I’ll update soon.

It’s very important that I have my medication on time, and there was a lapse.

Have something to stop migraines, but not prevent. Can’t take too much or can get rebound headaches, so not sure how helpful it really is.

The process with Alpha is pretty easy and seemless but the only reason I gave it 3 stars was because I wanted to be guided a little more. I kept having to ask questions to find out what I needed to do next as opposed to Alpha doc or nurses letting me know my options.

Seems to be easy to use. I just got my medication today. I'm excited to see how this goes
