01/02/2021: Alpha Medical service appeared promising until the shipment received was for another customer (completely different prescription mailed). Currently waiting for a resolution and replacement to the original $170.00 order. 01/04/2021 UPDATED: Timely sincere response & replacement tracking provided on the 1st available business day. I will update review when replacement script arrives as expected. Thank you

I really wish the prescriptions were cheaper you can get the same one filled at a walmart for 4$ instead of 25$

Basically a menu of medication with little to no guidance. I was seeking information about my options and when I asked for feedback about a specific option, I was sent a prescription instead of information. 24 hour response times and little to no interest in determining a good fit. Scary, actually.

Initial contact and everything went well. I hade a disagreement on the medication. First medication was sent anyway. I was told the second was being sent but two weeks later I have not received it or had any updated information on it.

I was really excited to try Alpha Medical in the beginning but, so far, the shipping and customer service have been very inconsistent. My last two orders weren't entered correctly, so I had follow up and re-submit my orders both times to include both medications I requested. I've worked in retail, hospital and virtual pharmacies for almost ten years, so I'm concerned about the lack of attention to details here. Clearly someone's not paying attention in order entry or the reviewing process, because the mistakes weren't caught by your company either time. We'll see how my next order goes, but at this point, I'm leaning heavily towards finding another company for my medical care. I need to feel confident that my health needs will be taken care of (which at this point is ONLY TWO medications), and so far Alpha Medical has proven to be unreliable.

Most of my experience has been positive but the response time and lack of notification when there is a message is poor. Communication is key even if it’s to confirm the message was received or that someone is looking into it. I’m overall happy with the medication and how easy it was to start the process.

They advertise as cheaper birth control, but I got billed $190. I can get it cheaper going through her doctor and using a coupon, even though I do not have insurance. It's just false advertisement.

I really love how easy it is to get my migraine medication because I do not have insurance at this time. My only complaint is recently I ordered a kit which required a lab sample. After spending 30 minutes at the post office to drop it off ( you know New York City), I received an email from the lab company saying they sent the wrong kit. Now I have to do the process all over again and I’ll have to wait longer to alleviate my concerns.
