Before you subscribe to this service, make sure to check with your insurance first.Check and see what medicine is covered and what information you need to provide from your doctor. I learned this the hard way when my pre-authorization was still processing after a week. Despite my pharmacy's request/insurance and Helloalpha's "efforts". Unfortunately, my prescription was eventually pulled because the pre-authorization wasn't complete. I tried to contact everyone again and I was just sent on the original path which lead me no where. So I just gave up. While Alpha may work for those without insurance, it added more obstacles for me as I already had insurance. The medical industry can be challenging to navigate, and this service was not the solution I was looking for. If you're considering Helloalpha, make sure you do some research and consider there are no refunds. $50 dollars though for 4 medical visits are not bad though.
