Everyone has been so nice. The only issue I have is, I wish I knew how much the Rx was going to be before they sent it. $40. I can get it at Walmart for $4 :( so I got it transferred. And I thought I had to give approval for it to be okay’d if it was over $20.

I was very unhappy initially thinking i would be discounted for my first month of meds for $15. Which sounded reasonable since it was just birth control. I found out that was for the appointment and the birth control was $45. Though I clearly said I wanted a refund for the $15 they continued trying to charge my card for the additional $45 lol. I was made aware the $15 for the appointment was non refundable, which is highly understandable. I removed my card from the site. What do you know, I was still charged $45 when my check cane in and recieved a notification saying my package was on the way🤫 but you know what? maybe that was God warning me I was about to get pregnant! Great price, $45 for three months of birth control.

Nice concept but I waited over a week for prescription and needed it sooner

Response is not so quick and I didn't get all the answers to my questions.

Provider seems great, but they shipped me a message she’s tapering me off of and already had plenty of. Couldn’t cancel it because I had no idea til it already shipped, so my insurance paid for it and I paid the $10 copay for it just so I could throw it away.

I received my plan b before I received my birth control, I thought everything was coming together other than that shipping was fast

Edit: Customer service reached out to me and was very helpful in refunding the unexpected portion of my bill. . . I signed up for pay for 1 month and requested to keep the bc I am currently on. There was zero effort made to inform me that my prescription would not be eligible for the advertised price and $125 was taken from my account. If they at any point had asked me to confirm that i wanted to pay $125 for one pack of bc, I would have said no. Incredibly shady tactics of them, in my opinion.

From my interactions with this company I have found them to be very professional and when there was a billing issue, they resolved it immediately. I was able to get my birth control prescription without a hassle.
