I keep getting sent and charged for refills too quickly no matter how many times I say I don’t need more medicine.

When I first signed up with alpha the service was great. I got 2 RX shipments no problem. But my last shipment a refill was “lost in the mail” but I’m not sure it was sent at all. You see alpha sends you an email when your Rx has shipped. Then they send you another email with a track of number. My email that was supposed to contain a link to my tracking information didn’t work. I never got my tracking number until I contacted alpha Support because I got an email saying my shipment was delivered, which it was not! I used the tracking number and it said the same thing delivered. Alpha doesn’t refund after the RX has left the pharmacy so I’m out $50 and won’t have my RX for 2 months. USPS will not search and return any lost medications so there’s no fixing this. Honestly I think it’s a scam.

Currently really disappointed in Alpha Medical. It’s been great for price and accessibility but recently completely forgot my recurring orders for my antidepressant & anti-anxiety medications. I went 5 days without my antidepressant while requesting an emergency 1 time prescription to hold me over while they send out my regular order. I finally got the emergency order completed yesterday after days of calling and leaving messages. But now I’m almost out of my anti-anxiety medication and was told it’s been ordered but there is no confirmation or shipping alert. I once again asked for an emergency prescription but haven’t received one yet. Really hoping I don’t have to keep counting my pills and reminding this company to fulfill the recurring orders I rely on for my health.

It's okay. Everyone's been nice but it takes awhile for them to get back to you, and you have to start a whole new chat each time you want to ask something. Their stuff isnt covered by insurance which is a bummer, but if you dont have insurance I'm sure it's a great alternative. I havent gotten my medicine yet I hope it helps me.

Was given a price and told it was a 3 month supply for that. When i received my birth control they then said only one month supply was almost 200 dollars .
