Did not give me what I needed now i have 5 months of birth control pills (i paid for) that won't stop my heavy bleeding. They send refills before you get the honest chance to see if the medication works. I would not recommend if you have particular issues or needs.

the overall process was fine but it said that it would take 24 hours to review and I need medicine now for what I have. The past 24 hours, my symptoms have worsened! I wish there was a faster process for reviewing!

I'm torn because the mental health side has been wonderful. My clinician has been super helpful and has answered my questions to find the most useful medication for me. It worked so well I decided to try the weight loss side as well. Big mistake. The intake form did not mention some lab information was required, so I completed the form and paid the consultation fee. Then my new clinician for this specialist program suggested pills nearing $1000 a month, with the exception of one that would worsen anxiety. I asked twice if it would worsen anxiety even with the medication I was on, no specific answer but to repeat that the medication would worsen anxiety in general. Then she informed me I needed to have information from lab work I don't have. Well, if I had an in person doctor, I wouldn't be using alpha medical. I suggested that perhaps Alpha Medical inform future patients/customers that this information is required before they pay the fee and she claims they did. I would believe that claim except then I wouldn't have finished the form (the blood pressure question sat empty in a separate open tab for three days while I waited to hear back from my gyn). She then finished by suggesting just diet and exercise. Well, if that worked for me, I wouldn't be trying to go the medical route, would I? Anyway, if you're going to Alpha for anything but mental health, go somewhere else. They conveniently won't tell you things are required until after they collect your money. Mental health, though, 5 stars. Definitely would recommend.

Unfortunately the response time isn't that great for the amount you pay. Quicker response would be awesome.

No one contacted me after I did the initial consultation to tell me anything. I had to log in and look to see if the doc had reviewed my case yet. And she had. So why did I never get an email? I even checked to see if the email went to my spam. It didn't. An online doc is kind of worthless if you don't get the diagnosis or notified about the prescription. I won't use them again.

They charged me more money then what they said they would

I have used alpha medical multiple times for multiple things, I’ve always been pleased with their quick responses, care they have given and quick shipping of medications. I chose to use them for a issue, as a urgent care type problem but… Definitely feel like they dropped the ball. It was a back-and-forth for about a day and a half, when In the end up I was just told just a go buy some cream over-the-counter (which they should have said at the very first email , not the 5th) and if you’re not better in three days go to urgent care. 100% waste of time, and definitely did not treat what they claimed they would treat. Extremely disappointed with the care I was given. If you want to use alpha medical for wrinkles Or cold sores, I’d recommend them. If you need to use them for anything more than a absolute basic problem , I’d say don’t waste your time.
