Hello AlphaReviews of helloalpha.com

super easy to work with, and great customer service!

This is my second review. I felt compelled to do so again because I want new Alpha patients to sew a certain perspective. Just a few months ago, Alpha was easily managing their patient load and responding quickly to visits/questions/prior authorizations. And then the word was spreading like wildfire that Alpha was a great resource for the miraculous weight loss/T2 diabetes drug, Mounjaro. Seriously, 2 social media sites have very popular pages with people wanting Mounjaro, specifically being directed by current patients to use Alpha to get access to the medication. In the last few months, people's awareness of Alpha has exploded and the avalanche of new patients has temporarily put them behind in meeting the demand influx. If you were dealing with Alpha even 6-8 weeks ago, you were seeing a 24 hr turnaround for all requests. I'm a current patient and have felt the sting of longer response times or having to reach out more than once. But I know this is not Alpha's norm and they WILL make this right. My prescription has never been delayed and my NP has always been thorough in my follow up appointments and responding in detail to my questions. Growth is a great problem to have, but it can be frustrating to impatient patients 🙃 I hope everyone can give Alpha some serious grace while they put more resources in play to care for patients. From communication I had this week with customer care, they are owning the delays and profusely apologizing for them. And please, please remember that our medical professionals are front-line to almost 3 years of pandemic fallout and need our patience and understanding every time we can extend it. Thank you Alpha Team!

Met my needs. Responsive and professional.

Always satisfied with their service. I am definitely a repeat customer.

Get my stuff on time always

I’ve been using Alpha for over 9 months now and I must say, it’s probably one of the best medical experiences over time that I’ve ever had. They’re available, responsive and informative. My medication arrives on time and on the rare occasion where there’s been a hiccup with delivery it gets taken care of right away. Big fan of Alpha and plan to stick with them!

Fast pace delivery and very effective

GREAT SERVICE
