I've had 2 visits so far had only great experiences. It's such a welcome change to have a doctor listen to my concerns and make me feel supported. They have always responded to messages very quickly. I will definitely continue to use their services! Thank you!

So happy with this service and to have someone finally help me with my weight loss issue as my other doctor has totally dismissed my concerns. And my provider is fast and efficient.

I have been using alpha medical for roughly 6 months now for various reasons. It is so quick and easy and much more convenient than going to the doctor!

Everyone has been awesome here. They actually listen to what I need and what I say. My old Dr always just shrugged it off like it was nothing just because I wasn't wheezing when I came in there.

Hassle free. I had chicken pox as a child and lost eyelashes. I tried latisee and they grew back in as an adult. I’ve stopped using latisee and my eyelashes broke off again. It’s a lifetime comittment.you have made it easier.

Service has been great with Alpha. My insurance company and my local pharmacy have NOT been great but that isn't Alpha's fault. If you can get your meds from their own pharmacy partner you'll be better off if they have the stock. Highly recommend Alpha

I have been told that my prescription was sent oct 1st to the pharmacy but they have not received anything. I have reached out on my alpha portal and was did not hear back so I messaged them on Facebook and they replied the same day and said someone will reach out to me. After they reached out, they told me again the prescription was sent on Saturday 10/8/2022 I have called the pharmacy and prescription was not sent. so I messaged them again on the portal and Messenger but have not heard back yet. Update: they have reached out and it turns out I put my last name incorrectly so it had nothing to do with alpha! I have sent my correct information over and they have refaced it. I will be calling my pharmacy shortly.
