I have to be honest about my experience so far with Alpha medical. Although the response is not on the spot, THEY DO RESPOND! We the people, are so used to getting answers immediately. We all have to learn patience. Alpha does advise a patient that it can take 72 hours for a response, and THEY DO RESPOND! When my insurance company required a PA for my medication, I forward the information to Alpha and within a week, the disposition of my PA was addressed. I was kept in the loop by the Alpha Care Team who responded to me within a day or so every time there was communication between us. Whatever the outcome of my PA was, Alpha Care Team addressed it. I recommend Alpha Medical to whoever is seeking a telehealth company. They have been responsive and very helpful through my process. I sincerely thank them for helping out. I'm grateful for a patient at Alpha Medical, I'm grateful to the Alpha Care Team and grateful to my Alpha medical provider, Dr. Gretkowski.
