I had a slow start getting my prescription. The biggest issue was having someone work with my insurance to approve my medication. I received several duplicate response messages. After about a month I did receive my medication in the mail. Overall I am happy with the service I received, and I plan on continuing to work with Alpha for future medications. Thank you Alpha Medical Team.

I ordered medicine through alpha, they came in the mail but unfortunately the bottles prescription had someone else's name on it. Not sure what the mix up was. But the next prescription I received I had a small gift of a nail cliper and nail file set. That was nice. I'm actually very pleased with this alpha medical program.

Makes birth control super easy! Like it a lot! 4 stars because I wish they had a text message system that told me when I would receive my packages and for questions/concerns. I don't read my emails every day and forget that my package is coming soon.

This service was very helpful and informative. The prices were reasonable as well. The problem I had was the messaging isn’t great. It wouldn’t let me respond directly back to the person who messaged me so I had to message customer service. It’s not detrimental, but is a bit confusing
