I get 2 medications from Alpha Medical. First prescription got lost in the mail. They wouldn’t make a claim with the post office even though it was insured so I was without my med for that month. Second month, that prescription gets filled and delivered right away. However my other prescription, I had to contact them twice to fill it. Overall I think this is a great service! I will continue to have visits with their doctors. They do answer all your questions

Was great for a while. Was using the mental health subscription, which is more because the visits are more often. But about a month before renewal time, I fell on hard times and had no money. They said they can't pause the subscription and they, in fact, raised the price even further because of how many visits you get. Sure, fine, except I had paid for the three month subscribtion... And not once had my psychiatrist talked to me in those three months. And I thought I was supposed to get an eval at least once a month. So I paid for the next three months, thinking maybe then I'll get an eval. Almost another month later and nope. Haven't heard from anyone. So at this point I'm just paying a ridiculous amount in shipping costs for my meds and do not think it's worth it.

Feel like the didn't listen to me this time

I’m giving alpha a 3 because yet while I love their products, the pill specifically, I wish to get my shipments just a little bit sooner because I skip the last row.

I think Alpha has been doing a good job overall. My issues are with their partner pharmacy. My medication was sent and filled by their partner pharmacy when I asked for it to be sent to my local pharmacy.

I was having really severe symptoms, it took so long to get medicine, I had to go to the er. I will need more medicine soon but don’t know what I should do to get it, this is a very difficult time, I wish dealing with all of this could be easier, faster, or less costly

I wanted help with medical weight loss and they prescribed me an anti-depressant. While I can say the anti-depressant is helpful in the depression department; it’s not helping with what I originally went for. I also don’t feel like I’m in direct contact with a doctor, but more copy and pasted messages.

super easy and convenient! but i do wish they offered more than just prescribing meds like more talk therapy or even the doctors getting to know you and your situation a little more
