6 months and counting!
I have been with Hello Alpha since September and the response time has been fantastic. A couple of months back it was very busy but even then response time was within 5 days or so. I primarily had Dr G and she was very responsive but the back up support has been great as well. I will definitely continue using Alpha!!!
