The inability to not talk to a live person is disappointing. Communications take 24 hours to gain a response. I have uploaded my new insurance card and was not billed but yet charged myself for the full amount. I will not pay for this medication again if you cannot get my insurance information correct.

I loved Alpha Medical! Great customer friendly service! Always got back to me right away to answer any of my questions. prescription always on time!! But I don know what happened?? all of a sudden i wait days and days for an email reply, My medicine was cut in half and i dont know why?? Nothing seems the same and I sure do miss the customer care they once had!! I will say the prescriptions are still right on time even though its not the original dosage of medicine we had started and agreed on. I hope things return to normal soon!! thank you!!!

I never got a notification that my subscription was expiring and ended up getting a week behind on my pills because I didn’t have any. That was a few months back... This is now time to start my second three month pack and it was sent out late for some reason I’m not sure and on a holiday weekend so even though I was suppose to start my birth control on Sunday, it wasn’t even delivered until Monday (again a holiday) and I have a PO Box so even if I wanted, it wouldn’t have been in there until today. However because it’s a package and I worked today I was unable to pick it up until tomorrow (now 4 days post when I was suppose to start) and my hormones are crazy, giving me headaches and making me nauseous. So I would really appreciate y’all being more aware of holiday weekends and getting my pack out sooner because every time I go a few days without it, it’s always hell getting my body back on the pill and regulated. I get so nauseous and headaches like crazy. Please be more aware.

Overall everything was good. The process from start to finish takes so long. If that changed I’d give 5 stars.

I was charged 65 dollars and reached out to alpha but no response. I am canceling my card. Update-After about 3 days they reached out and explained the charges. They sent me the same medication a week apart, which is why I was charged an extra 20. The other 45 was the membership fee. I must say that despite the poor customer service the care was great, and they really got me on my feet. I recommend alpha to anyone who needs to get help quickly and quietly, and they are affordable.

It took almost three weeks to get my medication

I am only giving 3 stars due to them being a huge help in the beginning of my membership. Communication become frustrating and damn near impossible. Messages unanswered for days a time, it was like pulling teeth to get a phone number to reach out to someone. And calling? Ha! Left a few messages over the course of a week and was NEVER called my back. Messages after the situation never acknowledged my calls, nothing. I have 2 prescriptions and have had to chase down one if not both almost every month in 2021.

It was ok but, I never received a prescription or anything.
