Zero effort for the dr to understand me and recommend the best course of treatment. I point blank asked for best recommendation and was only asked if that is the med I want. Then my rx showed up and was only for 15 days. If you are good navigating the weight loss world alone, this program is for you.

I didn’t think it would take so long to receive my meds after placing the order. My outbreak is almost over.

The service is nice but doctors and support take too long to respond to messages. This is a form of health care so I believe support should be available 24/7

Healthcare Providers are great my treatment for wieght loss just isn't working

Annoyed. I get an email that my items are at my door delivered but they show up later in the week. I reach out to customer support and they act like I am confused about the delivery date, which I am since THEY (Alpha)sent an email that says your items have been delivered but nothing has been delivered and my items are still in transit. Stop sending the delivery email before the items are due to be delivered. I never know if my meds are stolen or in transit.

It's an okay service. I was seeking medication, and I was prescribed what I thought would be a good fit for me. Not very communicative or informative. I did receive my medication fairly quickly, so no complaints there. No real follow up on how I'm handling the medication or anything like that.

I like the convenience of having them shipped to me, but if I decide to skip over white pills and stay on the active birth control pills, I run out way before I get another shipment. I’ve even done some months using most of the white pills & still am outta regular pills and waiting before new ones are shipped out? I haven’t actually looked into if I can change the frequency of shipping though, so maybe that’s an option?

It takes longer than portrayed time for the doctor to get back in contact with you and they don't offer much in the advice department
