You guys can't seem to get it right unfortunately. Last year, I paused my order as I had more Latisse than I needed because for some reason you double shipped to me each month. I chatted with a representative who supposedly cleaned up the issue. When I reinstated one of my existing prescriptions, again, I got 2 shipments within 2 weeks of each other. I'm not sure why this is so hard to clear up. I think I need to find another online pharmacy to use from now on,

My monthly script was weeks late. I had to do a follow up symptom check which I did the earliest I could. When I saw my script was going to be late they wrote for a few days to my local pharmacy that I picked up. That still left me days without my meds by the time my delivery came.

I originally ordered Latisse and for it to be delivered every 60 days. Last month I received imitation. I thought this was temporary. I got another order today in 30 days. I haven’t decided whether I like this different product. I do not want it every 30 days. Do not send again until I determine if I like this other product. Thank you

Took almost 2 months to get one prescription. They didn't rectify it, just apologized.

I was talking to the NP about which birth control pill I wanted due to the reasons for why I was taking it. They sent out three months of one I did not want. $60 for a provider that did not listen. I won’t be using them again

My prescription was sent to me late and it was the completely wrong medication

Been really hard to communicate and keep chats straight. Canceled my service then charged me again because the bot read my message as cancel instead of answering my question.
