I received very prompt responses from the team. I do currently have a yet to be resolved question about billing (billed twice for medication), otherwise I'd give 5 stars.

Very easy arrive. My only complaint is they ordered pen needles, costing me a copay, which weren’t needed as they are included. Otherwise, all was good.

I've used them over a year and the only problem I have ever had with Alpha Medical is that they didn't send me any warnings that my prescription was going to end soon and I went about a week without birth control.

It was an overall easy process. Very reasonably priced and delivery makes life a little easier.

I was happy with everything except that the refills dont arrive in time. I've been a week without medicine and was told it would arrive in time so that I did not have to miss a dose.

Very affordable. Takes a little time to get a response. The providers are also very knowledgeable and understanding.

the service is usually great and prompt, though I haven't heard back regarding my last request. The website is sometimes buggy and I am usually confused by what questions to send to support and what questions to send to other channels (hairloss and mental health in my case)

The platform is a pain in the ass. I'm trying to reply to my doctor, and it gets rerouted to the support team. And it takes a day for them to reply, so it'd be another day before the doc gets my message. It's just very inefficient. However, everyone is super nice and they are very affordable. The plus side is that they take insurance too.
