Not very responsive. You can wait multiple days for a response. Disappointing

I signed up to get help with getting Wegovy and they gave me metformin and started they would work on Wegovy in future visits. They should have clearly described the step process before I paid my money. Not going back.

The only problem I have is that the meds for my prescription is too expensive, other than that everything was fine, the meds arrived in a timely manner.

I received some prescriptions perfectly (birth control, Latisse, and tretinoin). 1 of my prescription (triamcinolone) was not delivered and they're telling me it was. Grateful it wasn't the $150 medication. I won't order new medicine through them because of this carelessness. Have to file a dispute with my bank if they refuse to replace the lost medication.

The communication back and forth via in site messaging was time consuming and tedious and time consuming. It was 8 days from initial consultation to actual prescription delivery, and that was after 3 days of narrowing down the best option. Overall the service was easy and friendly, but took a long time to narrow down the best options.

My birth control has arrived late every time because it is shipping through USPS and always seems to get lost. Hopefully, it can be shipped sooner this time because I'm off on days and it could be affecting the effectiveness of my prescription.

The response from the health providers was good and relatively timely. Advice was pretty thorough and my questions were answered. The medication prescribed was not delivered until 2 weeks after it was prescribed, however. I contacted Alpha on the 12th day of no receipt (or communication), and the medication "magically" was sent the very next day. Not sure if this is a routine issue. If it is routine I prefer to go elsewhere for treatment.

I've been a member of Alpha's mental health services for a little over a month now, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience so far. I was able to have my initial chat consultation/evaluation with a provider a very short time after I filled out my intake questionnaire, and I got the medication I needed within a week. My nurse practitioner listened to my concerns, and the platform has made it very easy to complete the necessary follow-up visits. I tried other telehealth services for medication in the recent past without success (no appointments available, customer service issues, etc.) and was very close to giving up, so I'm incredibly grateful that I found Alpha and that they were able to help me. EDIT 2/7/23: Knocking two stars off my original rating for the price restructuring. Nearly tripling the cost for people who only use your mental health services by forcing us into the Plus membership is unconscionable. I'm unfortunately looking for alternatives.
