I was super nervous about taking my medical needs to an online platform like this. I have found that scheduling with my normal GP to be hectic and usually there isn't any availability for months. While at times there has been a wait for a response, nothing too bad and it wasn't life or death. I do tell friends and family about Alpha Health and look forward to working with you in the future. My next step will be to see how things go with getting a prior authorization. I'm hopeful! 😁
