Birth control was delivered in a timely manner and the doctor gave good instructions. Only problem I have is that at a year, you have to re-up your prescription with the doctor for them to continue your delivery schedule. That’s fine except for the fact they didn’t send me an email about it. I only found out after I ran out of my birth control and realized they never sent my next pack and logged into the website to find a notice on my profile that I had to meet back up with the doctor for them to send me more. An email would have been useful and appreciated and not just a message on the website as I then became a week behind on my pills and have to use back ups for 3 weeks now.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience. The only issue I’ve had is getting medication approved by my insurance and the communication from Alpha surrounding that issue.

This service does legitimately prescribe your medication and send it to you. It’s not a scam. It can be a slow process to go through, and if you need medication immediately it might not be the best choice. They also don’t really know if you require medication before prescribing it, since they only have you do a questionnaire and then the doctor opens a chat with you afterwards. Be careful you don’t start a medication that isn’t right for you! Otherwise, it’s a good option for people that need medical care from their home.

I believe options are limited if you aren't willing to give yourself shots. I've received a three week supply. I thought for the price of a generic I would get a month's supply. Everyone was friendly. It didn't take too long after applying to receive the medication. If it works and I lose weight, it was worth it.

Overall, I think this service is great. I received my Rx quickly, however I ran into problems w/ using my insurance. It took several back and forth messages to finally resolve. Sometimes they took 24-48hrs to get a reply, but once everything was worked it was a smooth process.

Alpha Medical is easy access to the healthcare system. I was going to a weightloss center with some success but found it difficult to get to the appointments and the then their were questionable billing practices. Working in the medical field, I needed something thorough but efficient and found this in Alpha Medical - straightforward while offering a variety of treatment options. I have another virtual appointment in a month- perfecto. While the admin were quick to respond with my questions and requests, I was momentarily lost in the clinical shuffle and needed to further engage for next steps, etc. However, but once the clinical end engaged all else was smooth sailing.
