So far so good. Their website is easy to use and the staff was able to help you quickly. I just started so I haven't had to get refills or ask any questions.

I have had to email alpha medical quite a bit this month. They have responded quickly, usually within 24 hours. There was a glitch in the app this month resulting in being charged twice for my monthly fee. After emailing the company, the second charge was immediately returned. I finally received my medication after the nurse had to resubmit my order.

I was charged for a prescription after it was sent to my pharmacy as I requested. This resulted in receiving double charges. Update: the customer service team took care of the issue within 24 hours and refunded me. They were very responsive and quick to address the issue.

Great provider experience and really great prices and options, pharmacy sent half the order and had to wait another week for remainder of it so I could start. Hopefully that won't continue now that it's set up and active.

Everything was really easy to do and did not take long at all. I felt that I was fully evaluated and the copay was not too bad either. Everything went very quickly and it was way easier than getting an appointment at my doctor’s office.

This place is fine

Easy way to get meds. Messaging back and forth to provider a little cumbersome but if you don’t an urgent need it’s a great way to get the meds you need.
