I like the idea of it. Some people are quick to respond. My main provider is very delayed and it’s very frustrating when you are trying to figure things out medically and get answers and help. They also messed up my prescription. They did double charge me and were great about refunding me. If my provider were better about responding within the 24 hour window

The only thing I don't like is that it takes 24 hours for replies and that gets worse if it's the weekend.

I've received several medications. However, I received an email today stating that my medication was delivered. It was not. I never received it. Not to happy. 😔.

Everything was great but this is why 3 stars. I Had a consultation and got a script. I asked how I could know the medicine was working as it’s treating a fungus. I asked if I could check back in a week or 2 and she specifically said wait until 4 weeks. At 4 weeks I had to pay for another consultation. I then find out that had I inquired any time before 4 weeks there would have been no charge. Love everything else

While I ultimately received the treatment I was seeking, from approval of my prescription to receiving it took almost a month. This is due to a lag in response time from messages as well as the Alpha team not following up on the status of orders. I was told once I was approved it would be received within 5-10 business days. Two weeks went by with nothing. I inquired and there was an issue with the pharmacy on their end. Had to reorder and waited another week and a half. Should have been a much easier, faster process. To boot, they charged me twice and I had to call to get that fixed as well. Definitely not as easy or straightforward as I had hoped.

Overall, In the end, I am receiving the treatment I was looking for, however there was some lack of communication and miscommunication over the first 2 months. I’m hopeful this will be improved moving forward. For example, I was told that a prior authorization would be completed. I then learned the medication was not approved, however it took days of back and forth to determine the next step. From the time I started with Alpha, it took 6 weeks (12/26 to 2/1) to receive the medication. Additionally, a different provider replied at one point and offered a second medication to help with side effects. When the regular provider responded, she said she does not prescribe that medication. Yet again more miscommunication. I hope moving forward this will continue to meet my needs.

After I filled out my assessment. I waited for the results but didn’t receive an email. So after 3 days I contacted Alpha. They apologized witch was fine. But there was also a delay in my package. My medication wouldn’t get sent. So a week later I had to remind Alpha once again. So I waited another week before receiving my medication. I hope it was just a rough start

I asked for a specific inhaler and they sent the wrong one. They said it's been corrected but I haven't received next months yet, so I'm not sure if it's actually been taken care of or not.
