Convenient and Simple
I love the convenience of being able to have my appointment on any day at any time. It's a very easy no hassle appt. My nurse or nurse practitioner always seems to get back to me within a day and has always been polite and very helpful.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I love the quick response. I have been with them for one year and they have met all my needs or my prescriptions. I would highly recommend Alpha medical.

So easy, love it! Fix the website?
It was really easy to get the medication I needed, and when my insurance denied it, they were able to recommend a suitable alternative. Amazing! The only feedback I have is that the website is built like an app, which would work if it WAS an app, but when you’re looking at an app format in a web browser, it’s a bit confusing. Also, my new notifications alert won’t go away no matter how many times I open it.
