It’s a bit hard to figure out what messages are what because it doesn’t start with the most present message. I also don’t know if I’m supposed to message Alpha Support or go inside my different consultations to send a message. It’s a bit confusing but other than that great response times and very informative.

This time the order went smoothly. I didn't have to send any messages about what I needed or when it should be sent out.

Always on time but this last time that my prescription was ending i was not notified other than in the account messaging. Received no email or text.

I had a few issues with my most recent order and it was a bit frustrating, but they had good communication and was able to fix it promptly.

The only that I would change is the shipping date. I received my birth control pills the evening I ran out. So if I would not gotten them that day I would have been a day without. Just was kinda close.

There were just a few communication gaps but ultimately got it all figured out!

Please correct my address on my RX. I’ve emailed and messaged several times. I’ve updated my address in my profile and my script still says the old address. I’ve even called trupill and they said alpha medical had to be the one to update it. I honestly don’t understand how something so simple hasn’t been corrected with such a sophisticated app/service. Overall I’ve been very pleased with alpha medical. Just frustrated that my address hasn’t been corrected. Thank you.
