I love the convenience of an online provider but I find the 24 hours in between messages to be far too long as a simple issue (in my case one was a rash and one was a medication refill) with one additional question from your provider can take a straightforward issue 3-4 days to get treated for. Not practical in the slightest.

The service is great. The app for iOS needs A LOT of work. Use the full site instead.

I left a message regarding this prescription. I need the next higher dosage. Then you sent the same dosage to me. This stuff is not cheap either.

The process is very convenient from completing your consultation to receiving medicines prescribed. I would like to see more options when it comes to choosing medicines prescribed that are expensive and not covered by insurance. I look forward to seeing more services provided and seeing the company grow.

poor, response to emails super confusing( stupid) website no education offered re: medications I feel that I get charged every time I have a question

It's been great to be able to get my meds delivered without going to in=-person appointments. However, there has been a lot of confusion and lack of communication regarding my insurance approvals and prescription coverage. I've asked several times if we can submit my upcoming prescription before I run out, but every time, I run out of meds then wait several weeks to get a new prescription after approval. Because I haven't had any consistency, my weight loss has stalled. I'm not even sure if it's worth it, because my treatment keeps getting interrupted. I'm trying again, but this will probably be the last time. If it's not submitted in time to get my next prescription, I will probably give up on treatment. There has also been some confusion about dosing, and when I asked via message about it, I got a reply that was not related to the question.

Not enough communication when dealing with a serious matter such as a prescription that limits your intake, daily activity. Would NOT use this site again unless absolutely necessary

It was really easy to get in contact and get my prescription from a provider. That is where it went a little downhill. My insurance required a prior authorization before they would approve the prescription. I indicated that I would like Alpha to submit it, and they did. My insurance approved it within 24 hours. I got a message from Alpha that we were good to go and I would have a tracking link within 24-48 hours. Once 4 days passed, I messaged asking where my link was. They replied that I had canceled the order, which I certainly did not. They promised to look into it. Then they came back saying that the pharmacy tried to fill it and it still said the PA wasn't approved. Fortunately, they figured it out and the next day my order shipped. Hoping this was a fluke and I don't have any more issues next month with my refill!
