Would recommend Alpha services to anyone. My provider responds normally to requests and emails in at least 24 hours or earlier

I started using Hello Alpha in August of 2022 and I use them monthly sometimes 2/3 times a month. I have a PCP but some medical issues are easier to use Hello Alpha for. I don’t have a lot of extra time to go to my drs office so using Hello Alpha is very convenient. Any questions I’ve asked have been answered. Every medical professional I’ve been assigned has been very helpful and nice.
