I ordered an item at around $50 on the site (I was very naive because this item is usually offered at over $700). I then received information on the route of the delivery to my mailbox. However, I never received anything. I made a claim with Paypal and I was reimbursed fairly quickly by Inspacap Business Inc.

SCAM COMPANY. Same review as all the others. I ordered a log splitter. They sent an email saying it was delivered but it never came. No phone number is available! You Can't talk to a person. I got one email saying that they would look into it but they never responded after that. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. RUN! I sent them about 10 emails responding to the first one that they sent to me on Oct 20 2022. Order Never received No. HK00045745

SCAM - Do not order from Helkay!! I ordered (2) log splitters and received notification (with untraceable routing numbers) that the package was delivered to York, PA (nowhere near my location). I contacted them via email and they agreed to reship the package - but the same thing happened again (-> delivered to York, PA). They stopped replying to my multiple inquiries - still no product.

Same Problem as the other reviews! SCAM, I ordered the wood splitter and it never arrived. Tracking says delivered to a city 1.5 hrs away from me. HELKAY the fraudsters? never answered any of my emails and made NO attempt to make right. Tracking can't help you as they have no listed address, phone number or contact person.

SCAM - ordered garden art, was told it was out for delivery, never arrived,then they fail to respond to further emails. DO NOT ORDER AS GOODS NEVER DELIVERED !!

I ordered a wood splitter and they notified me it was delivered but it never arrived. They do not have phones and they do not respond to the multiple emails I have sent. I think they are scamming everyone.

Scam. Never delivered what I ordered and only responded to one of my emails to say they would follow up but never did. I ordered the log splitter but it never came even though I got a delivered notification. No telephone or website contact. Just an email. Unbelievable - this company should be brought up on fraud charges. Some avenues I welcome other defrauded customers to explore (as will I): The Better Business Bureau. ... The Federal Trade Commission. ... Ripoff Report. ... spam at uce.gov Yelp. ... Planetfeedback. ... Google Your Attorney General.
