HELKAY IS BOGUS, DECEITFUL and they took our money and have never responded with an honest revolution...…we were deceived by their false advertisement and we demand that the appropriate authorities' take action to stop this deception. fraudulent scam....I never received my order of $104.48....its been over a month and we still have not received our order...… I will report this to the BBB.

No response from company after my order was placed. Website is now gone. If you used Paypal for payment contact them for a resolution. A company named Inspacap is offering refunds for those scammed.

There should be a half star or zero star rating. Items ordered and never received. Only way to get customer service is to email and they just respond with it should have been received and we’ll look into it. We ordered two items back in October. They charged us almost $100 and sent a bogus tracking number. Then updated their website saying it was delivered like 14 days later. Then they said they’d refund the money in 10 days and that still hasn’t happened. I’ve reported them on Pinterest and recommend everyone report them anywhere they can to stop this from happening to others.
