I didn’t originally hire Helix Moving & Storage—they were contracted by another company I had hired. At first, I was frustrated by the change. But in hindsight, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Working with Helix was an absolute breeze. Their team kept me informed every step of the way, consistently communicating updates and changes so I never felt out of the loop—completely unlike the company I initially hired. The movers were prompt, professional, courteous, and genuinely pleasant to work with. My only regret is not having hired Helix directly in the first place. I definitely will next time.

Helix Movers exceeded my expectations and were worth every penny. Jonis and Carlos made what is usually a stressful experience incredibly smooth. They were fast, efficient, and handled everything with great care. On top of that, they were professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish.
