Crew was excellent, very helpful, did a great job packing and moving. So far everything looks like it's in good condition. And they communicated well. My only bits of feedback, are there seems to have been communications between the sales office and scheduling. We had initially paid for unpacking service, but that was forgotten and needed to come back the next day to do it. Tho when they did come back the next day, they didn't absolutely excellent job. The only real issue with the move was that I was not aware ahead of time that the policy of the company is to not take liquids. I wish the salesperson had told me that ahead of time. It created a big headache for me when I had not planned for it at the end of the day, and ended up making me stay in the pickup location much longer than I had anticipated.

Just wanted to say big thanks to Daniel and Fernando for a professional moving service. Furniture and pre-packed boxes were unassembled/assembled, wrapped/unwrapped and carefully moved to our new house in the specified rooms. They worked non stop and moved fast. I would recommend using these two guys for your move from Helix. They would have gotten a 5 stars review from me. I gave 4 stars because the job duration wasn't on-point and we paid more than expected. It was humanly impossible to move faster than these guys. We assume it was their office moving job time underestimate. We are happy the move is over and was done well, but didn't appreciate paying more than we expected.

Hired Helix T&S to help unload our POD after a long distance move. Jose and Marco did a great job helping us unload our POD into a two story row home in Bloomingdale. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Only thing keeping this from five stars was that they moved so quickly, sometimes they didn't always take the best care, hitting doors and corners. Jose seemed to be very experienced and knew what he was doing, Marco was good, but didn't always know how to handle angles with large pieces of furniture. That being said, we had two very large pieces that needed to go upstairs on a steep turn at the top of the stairwell, and eventually they were able to get it up. Overall would recommend!
