Out of state move
When the rep came to our house we were promised so much. There were many mishaps. The worst being they sent 3 movers to empty out 2 large trucks. They came at noon and left at midnight. We were missing many things that were not packed up from the house we left. We had to do all of the communicating and often got different answers each time we called.

Hello Michelle, We do apologize for not doing the job as it was expected. At the end, we do believe that we picked up everything and delivered everything to three different locations in three different states. It's a standard practice to send less movers to finish the delivery versus sending more to finish the pickup. We also did discuss starting a claim process for the items that were missing or damaged. Make sure that you have a binding quote
They did an estimate and a non-binding quote. They were in Maryland and I was in SC. I told them that there were two 10X10 storage units that were uniformly full to 7' high. They made a low bid to get the job and then held my goods hostage until I paid about 35% more than the price they quoted. They also delivered late, drove on my irrigation system, and basically dumped everything in the garage. I have moved several times and this was my first bad experience. I can not recommend them.

Hello Todd, Apologies that the move went bad. We didn't book the job as we were just the carrier for another larger company regarding your move. It's very difficult to do a binding quote when it comes to moving storage units (since it's not possible to count all the items inside) and everybody in this industry will do a non-binding quote in this case. We delivered items within the time frame that was included in the contract, the job was not booked as exclusive use nor expedited delivery. I cannot argue the driving on the irrigation system and dumping everything in the garage. I do apologize if these things were not communicated well and we will do our best in the future to mitigate the risk of that. Thanks, Peter
