Crew was excellent, very helpful, did a great job packing and moving. So far everything looks like it's in good condition. And they communicated well. My only bits of feedback, are there seems to have been communications between the sales office and scheduling. We had initially paid for unpacking service, but that was forgotten and needed to come back the next day to do it. Tho when they did come back the next day, they didn't absolutely excellent job. The only real issue with the move was that I was not aware ahead of time that the policy of the company is to not take liquids. I wish the salesperson had told me that ahead of time. It created a big headache for me when I had not planned for it at the end of the day, and ended up making me stay in the pickup location much longer than I had anticipated.

A+ service! Going with Helix transfer and storage for our move was the best decision. We had the pleasure working with Erick and Eduardo to move us and what a wonderful experience! They were so fast, efficient, and professional. They handled our furniture with care and the whole move was over before I knew it. Should we ever move again, we will definitely be using them again!

Erick, Davis and Rolando were very nice, on time and professional

They did an estimate and a non-binding quote. They were in Maryland and I was in SC. I told them that there were two 10X10 storage units that were uniformly full to 7' high. They made a low bid to get the job and then held my goods hostage until I paid about 35% more than the price they quoted. They also delivered late, drove on my irrigation system, and basically dumped everything in the garage. I have moved several times and this was my first bad experience. I can not recommend them.

Move went off without a hitch.

They did an excellent job. They made sure everything was well placed during transit and unoaded where I wanted. Fantastic attitude as well. I used Helix before and did again because they did such good work. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful company! Confirmed the day before and had clear and concise communication the day of. Jonis and his team were so fast but careful and assisted me with everything I needed! Great service and will book again!
