Cordialement, Nada Responsable Support Senior

Hi Catherine, Thank you for sharing your experience. I understand the frustration you've had with the cancellation process and the follow-up you received. It's never our intention to make these matters more complicated, and I see how this could have been handled more efficiently and apologize for this experience. In regards to your refund, we do have a standard process in place, but it seems there was a miscommunication along the way. If you haven’t yet resolved this, please reach out to [email protected] with "Trustpilot - Cancelation Review" in the subject line, and I’ll make sure we look into it. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll use it to improve our approach moving forward. Best regards, Nada Sr Support Manager

Hi John, Thank you for your detailed feedback. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the product and how we can improve. It’s great to hear that you see the value in Helium 10 for product research, but I completely understand your frustration with the issues you’ve mentioned. Regarding the limitations of the standard version, we do recognize that it's designed as an entry-level option with certain limitations, and we’re constantly working to improve our features across all plans. As for the issue with displaying only 200 products in Platinum, I can see how that would be frustrating, especially when there is potential for more results that match your filters. I'll provide this feedback to our product team about this experience for the Platinum customer base to make the necessary improvements. The slow loading times with the Chrome Extension tool and the blank columns issue in the updated version both sound like bugs you are experiencing in the tool. If you haven’t already, I recommend reaching out to my support team at [email protected] with screenshots and examples so we can take a closer look at the issues you are experiencing and identify the bug(s) to escalate further to our engineers for a fix. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we’re actively working on addressing these concerns to improve the overall experience. Thank you again for leaving your honest review, we look forward to hear from you to get your issues resolved. Best regards, Nada Senior Support Manager
