I have been using h10 for over 5 years and I will probably use them for as long as I will have an Amazon and Walmart Business. It's everything you need and more. Maybe a little too much if you're just starting out, but in that case you can probably do very well with the free plan.

Helium10 changed my life. Seriously... the wealth of information, the support available, the sheer volume of tools - all of this goes into an amazing platform that is worth its weight in gold. After deciding to launch my product on Amazon, I was confused by all the choices for PPC, keywords, ranking and on and on. I signed up for Helium10 and went through the Freedom Ticket program. I came away with a thorough understanding of how to launch an Amazon product/store. As time went on, I reached out to support many times and always got the most helpful info and quickly too. I've been in webinars with Kevin King and Bradley Sutton - two Amazon Powerhouses! The resources available are pretty astonishing. I will say this - you have to put in the time and energy to take advantage of all the resources. There is no magic bullet. But if you utilize the tools and resources on Helium10 you're more than likely to succeed - a lot more likely than if you try to do it alone without these tools. Put in the effort and use the tools. It's well worth it.

Super excited to work with Helium 10. Very useful software for Amazon Sellers of any levels. They also have lots of free trainings and tutorial. Highly recommend it to everyone in the e-commerce world

I’ve been using Helium10 for five years now and really like it. Specifically I use keyword tracker, magnet, and cerebro daily. The tools give so much valuable data into competitor asins and keyword niches so I can decide whether or not to pursue the niche and go into product development mode. I’ve also been a member of Helium10 elite for three years and really like it. The ability to develop close relationships with other high level sellers and meet them in person at the quarterly workshops is so valuable. I also really like getting individual access to Bradley Sutton and Kevin King at the weekly calls and am able to get any questions answered on a weekly basis.

Ich nutze Helium10 seit ca. 2 Jahren und war mit den Tools sehr zufreiden. Ich nutzte speziell das Keyword- und Ranking Tracking sowie die Listingserstellung und Produktrecherche. Hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert und mir bei der Listingoptimierung geholfen. Für die Produktrecherche war Helium10 nur zweitrangig, da habe ich eher auf Jungle Scout und die Markenstatistiken von Amazon selbst vertraut (das geht natürlich nur, wenn man weiß, welche die Wunschnische sein soll). Da ich nicht mehr auf Amazon verkaufe, wollte ich meinen Helium10 Account kündigen, habe aber fälschlicherweise auf pausieren geklickt. 6 Monate später kam also die neue Jahresrechnung - immerhin über 900€. Nach nur einer Mail an den Kundensupport wurde mir der gesamte Betrag erstattet!!! Mega. Deswegen auch meine 5 Sterne Bewertung. Ja, Helium 10 ist nicht günstig, aber die Tools sind sehr hilfreich, v.a. bei vielen Produkten, und der Support ist super.
